Billing periods are for a 30 day minimum.

Vacant Staging 

Vacant staging includes furniture, decor and textiles to curate an entire space from an empty room. 

We offer competitively priced packages for all types of homes.

Occupied Staging

This service includes integrating the client's existing furniture as well as supplemental smaller furniture pieces, decor and textiles if achieve a look that home buyers will love.

The client may be asked to remove pre-decided upon furniture items or declutter prior to staging. 

This will be provided to the client in the form of a checklist in our complementary consultation report prior to staging.
